Becky Gregory
(she/her)
Becky is a Research Assistant in the group, skilled in protein expression and purification. She obtained a PhD in biological chemistry in 2016 at the University of York. Becky then worked for a short time as a journal editor at the Royal Society of Chemistry and as a freelance editor, before returning to the lab in 2021. As well as her passion for proteins, Becky is a founding member of the Chemistry Department’s Gender Equality Network ( https://www.ch.cam.ac.uk/rescult/gender-equality-network-0), and is a strong advocate for disability inclusivity and mental health in academia.
